The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) of Dr. G. U. Pope College of Engineering, in association with the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), successfully organized a Skill Development Bootcamp on “The Role of AI Tools in Modern Technology and Society” on 8th August 2025 at the Seminar Hall, Admin Block.
The session was led by Dr. R. Gomathi, Professor & Head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam. With her expertise in AI, she provided deep insights into how Artificial Intelligence tools are transforming industries, enhancing societal functions, and shaping the future of technology.
The program witnessed active participation from faculty members, students, and tech enthusiasts, who engaged in interactive discussions on AI applications, ethical implications, and future opportunities.
