Grievance Redressal System

We believe in addressing grievances effectively to maintain a harmonious and inclusive campus environment. The Grievance Reporting Form is a simple, confidential, and efficient way to report concerns regarding academics, infrastructure, harassment, administrative matters, or any other issues.

How It Works:

  1. Fill out the Students and Staff Grievance Reporting Form available below.
  2. Your submission will be reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee.
  3. If necessary, our team will contact you for additional information or clarification.
  4. Appropriate action will be taken based on college policies.

Note:
All grievances are treated with strict confidentiality, and the details are shared only with authorized personnel involved in the resolution process.

Grievance Redressal Committee

The committee meets regularly to review grievances and implement corrective measures.


Acknowledgment and Follow-Up

Once you submit your grievance, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the email ID provided in the form. The email will confirm receipt of your grievance and provide further contact information for updates.
