Thoothukudi, April 10:
Dr. G.U. Pope College of Engineering, Sawyerpuram, celebrated its College Day titled “BEACON’26” with great enthusiasm and grandeur on campus on Friday.
The event, themed “Shining as a Light to the World,” highlighted the institution’s academic excellence, student achievements, and vibrant campus life. Mr. S.D.K. Rajan, Lay Secretary of CSI–TND, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered an inspiring address motivating students to strive for excellence and integrity.
Rev. P. Moses Jebaraj, Vice-Chairman of CSI–TND, presided over the function. Other dignitaries present included Rev. D.G.A. Thomas, Mr. D.K.M. Johnson David, Mr. J. Jebachandran, Mr. P. Jefferson Samuel Raj, and Rev. S. Anand Samuel John Thomas.
