On March 8, 2024, the GUPCE campus hosted a Career Development Session in collaboration with the ECE Department. The session was led by Er. Aravind Balaji, an alumnus of the 2005-2009 batch who currently serves as the Attestations and Certifications Manager at the London Stock Exchange Group in Bangalore. The session was titled “Navigating Career Advancement in Today’s Competitive Landscape.”
The session aimed to provide valuable insights and real-world job knowledge to the students. Er. Aravind Balaji shared his expertise in navigating career advancement in the competitive job market. He discussed various aspects such as resume preparation, interview techniques, and negotiation strategies.
The session was interactive, allowing students to ask questions and seek clarification. This approach ensured that the students gained a deeper understanding of the concepts being discussed.
The program was overseen by Correspondent Thiru R.Rajesh RaviChandar, Principal Dr.J.Japhynth, and convenor Mrs.S.Selvarathi Ponmalar, HOD/ECE. Faculty members and students coordinated the program well, ensuring its smooth functioning.
Mrs. Mabel Rajakumari AP/ECE played a crucial role in organizing the event. She also assisted and ensured that the session was well-received by the students.
