On October 4th, 2024, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Dr. G.U. Pope College of Engineering organized a compassionate visit to Sawyers Home, an old age home. Led by Correspondent Thiru. Rajesh Ravichander, Principal Dr. J. Japhynth, and HOD of CSE Dr. T. Jasperline, the faculty and students spent meaningful time with the residents, spreading warmth and care. The gathering included a prayer session led by Rev. Manohar Iyya, reflecting on the verse from Isaiah 46:4, which reinforced the value of God’s eternal care. The visit left a lasting impact, deepening empathy, respect, and community among participants.
