The Library and the Information Centre is the window to the world of Knowledge. We are living in an era of information explosion. Every hour, a new theory a thought a new philosophy, new discoveries, new innovations is released for mankind. Our college has a well equipped computerized library to satisfy the intellectual demands of our students and faculty members. It contain 15,687 Volumes which include 4,466 unique titles. General Dictionaries, 44 International Journal , Non Book materials, 42 Current National Journals and Projects reports.
The library is well protected with CCTV security system.
Digital Library in Dr.G.U Pope College of Engineering is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It contains computer systems for students’ reference.
Membership is open to all the staff and the students of Dr.G.U Pope of Engineering. Students can access to e-journals and e-books covering Engineering & Tech and Computer Science Journals. Abstract and Citation database in the field of Science, Technology, Social Science, Arts and Humanities, with so many titles from bunch of publishers. Library has Xerox machine inside the digital library for the students’ purpose. Students can come at any time with the signature from the respective staff and HOD.
