Dr. G U Pope College of Engineering Organizes National Level Technical Symposium – AMPS’25
Thoothukudi, October 9, 2025 — The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) of Dr. G U Pope College of Engineering successfully organized its National Level Technical Symposium – AMPS’25 at the college auditorium.
The event was inaugurated in the presence of distinguished dignitaries and enthusiastic participants from various engineering institutions. Mr. S. Haridas, AGM (Operations & Maintenance), Adani Power Ltd, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Thiru SDR Vijayaseelan, Correspondent of Dr. G U Pope College of Engineering, delivered the felicitation address, while Dr. J. Japhynth, Principal, inspired the gathering with an insightful inaugural address encouraging innovation and technical excellence.
The symposium featured a diverse range of technical sessions, paper presentations, and competitions, providing a platform for students to exhibit their creativity and engineering acumen. The event received overwhelming participation and appreciation from students and faculty alike.
