Sawyerpuram: The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (UG & PG), Dr. G. U. Pope College of Engineering, Sawyerpuram, in collaboration with the Computer Society of India (CSI) Chapter, successfully organised a one-day seminar on “The Confidence Code: Communication and Presentation Skills for Future Engineers” on 31 August 2026 at the college.
Miss S. E. Daniela, M.E., RBP (Hindi), Assistant Professor, CSE, served as the resource person for the seminar. She addressed the students on the importance of effective communication, confident presentation, public speaking and leadership skills essential for their academic and professional growth.
The seminar provided students with valuable insights into developing confidence, communicating with clarity and presenting their ideas effectively. The interactive session encouraged students to overcome hesitation and strengthen their communication skills.
The programme was organised with the support and guidance of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the CSI Chapter. The event was well received by the students and concluded successfully.
